User jouluservice has been refusing to pay out my outstanding share of 4163 EUR (4735 USD) in bitcoin for over a week and finds a different excuse every day.
The claims come from SEPA payments to his Spanish business account, which have been withdrawn in full by card from ATMs since the weekend before last.
At the end of last week I received 500 USDT Tether as a deposit of the claim, after that nothing followed. Every day he wanted to buy bitcoin with the cash. Now he has been ignoring my telegram messages for 2 days and hasn't responded at all. I would like to mention that I have already worked successfully with the user before and that he otherwise settled all claims promptly.

I created screenshots of the complete Telegram chats and the online banking of the account to which he received the payments.
